How payment works
The buyer pays in the app. The money stays with Prelife Luxury while the parcel is in transit and reaches the seller only when the buyer confirms the piece is as described. If it is not, the buyer opens a claim before confirming and the payment stays frozen until it is resolved. Listing is free; the commission, between 5% and 10% depending on value, is taken once, only on a sale.

How do I know the bag is authentic?
Prelife Luxury does not authenticate pieces. The protection comes from the payment staying in the app until you confirm receipt: you check the bag in your hands and, if it does not match, you open a claim before confirming and the money never reaches the seller.
What does „very good condition” mean?
Worn, with fine marks visible close up, but no structural damage. Every listing must state any scratch or repair explicitly.
Does it come with dust bag and box?
It depends on the piece. What is included appears in the specifications of each listing, under „Includes”.
Can I return the bag if I change my mind?
There is no return for a change of mind — this is a sale between people. You can refuse to confirm receipt if the piece does not match the description.
