How payment works
The buyer pays in the app. The money stays with Prelife Luxury while the parcel is in transit and reaches the seller only when the buyer confirms the piece is as described. If it is not, the buyer opens a claim before confirming and the payment stays frozen until it is resolved. Listing is free; the commission, between 5% and 10% depending on value, is taken once, only on a sale.

Who pays for servicing?
The buyer. A full service at a Swiss manufacture usually costs several hundred euro and is not included in the price.
