Terms and conditions
These terms set the rules of the Prelife Luxury marketplace: who may sell, how the protected payment works, what commission is taken on a sale and how a claim is resolved. Prelife Luxury is an intermediary between buyer and seller; the contract of sale is between those two people.

1. What Prelife Luxury is
Prelife Luxury is an online platform connecting buyers and sellers of pre-owned luxury items. The sale contract is between buyer and seller. Prelife Luxury does not own the items; our role is to host listings, carry the messages and hold the payment until receipt is confirmed.
2. Account and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity in your account and for keeping your password safe.
3. Commission and costs
Listing is free. On a completed sale we take a commission from the item price. The exact rate and what you receive are shown in the app when you list the item and set its price. Buyers pay no commission — only the listed price and shipping.
4. Payment and release of funds
The buyer pays in the app. We hold the amount, and it does not reach the seller before delivery. The moment the buyer confirms receipt, the payment is released instantly to the seller's IBAN. If the buyer neither confirms nor opens a claim within a reasonable period after delivery, the order is treated as confirmed.
5. Delivery
The seller ships with the courier chosen in the app, tracked, within the European Union.
6. Claims and returns
If the item does not match the listing, the buyer opens a claim before confirming receipt. The payment stays frozen until it is resolved. If the claim stands, the item goes back and the buyer is refunded.
7. Conduct and suspension
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, list forbidden items, move transactions off the platform or defraud other users.
